本协议由 BENYI（以下简称“我们”）与“七色光”APP 用户订立。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意本协议及隐私政策。
一、服务内容
本应用用于扫描、连接和控制兼容的七色灯光设备，展示设备连接状态，并设置光照颜色、输出档位、工作时长和启停状态。具体可用功能取决于手机系统、APP 版本及所连接设备。
二、设备使用与安全
- 使用前请阅读配套设备说明书，确认设备、皮肤接触部位和使用环境符合产品要求。
- 请勿超出产品说明的使用时长、频率和适用范围，也不要绕过设备安全限制或擅自改装设备。
- 如出现疼痛、灼热、明显不适、过敏、设备异常或其他不良情况，请立即停止使用，并在必要时咨询专业人员。
- 未成年人、孕妇、光敏感人群、正在使用可能引起光敏反应药物的人群，或存在相关健康问题的人群，应在使用前咨询专业人员并遵循产品说明。
三、蓝牙连接与控制
蓝牙连接可能受到距离、无线干扰、手机系统限制、电量和设备状态影响。发送指令后请以设备实际表现为准；若状态异常，请停止工作、断开连接并检查设备。
四、可接受使用
您不得利用本应用实施违法行为，不得破解、攻击、干扰应用或设备通信，不得绕过安全机制，也不得侵犯我们或第三方的知识产权及其他合法权益。
五、知识产权与开源软件
本应用的界面、品牌和自有内容由我们或相应权利人依法享有权利。本应用所使用的开源组件继续受其各自许可证约束。
六、服务变更与中断
我们可能因安全、兼容性、设备固件、系统升级、维护或不可抗力调整或暂停部分功能，并将在合理范围内减少对正常使用的影响。
七、责任说明
我们会依法提供服务并采取合理措施保障应用正常运行。在适用法律允许的范围内，对于因未遵守产品说明、擅自改装、错误操作、第三方系统限制、无线干扰或不可抗力造成的损失，我们不承担超出法律规定的责任。本条不排除依法不得限制或免除的责任。
八、停止使用
您可以随时停止使用、撤回权限或卸载本应用。本应用当前不提供账号系统，因此无需办理账号注销。
九、适用法律与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
十、联系我们
These Terms are entered into between BENYI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and users of the Seven-Color Light app. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
The app scans for, connects to, and controls compatible seven-color light devices over Bluetooth, displays connection status, and configures light color, output level, session duration, and start/stop state. Available functions depend on your phone, app version, and connected device.
2. Device Use and Safety
- Read the device instructions and confirm that the device, skin contact area, and environment meet product requirements before use.
- Do not exceed stated duration, frequency, or intended use, bypass safety limits, or modify the device.
- Stop immediately if you experience pain, burning, significant discomfort, an allergic reaction, abnormal device behavior, or another adverse condition, and seek professional advice where appropriate.
- Minors, pregnant users, photosensitive users, people taking photosensitizing medication, and users with relevant health conditions should consult a professional before use and follow the product instructions.
3. Bluetooth Connectivity and Controls
Bluetooth connectivity may be affected by distance, wireless interference, operating-system restrictions, battery level, and device condition. After sending a command, rely on the device’s actual behavior. If status appears abnormal, stop the session, disconnect, and inspect the device.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the app for unlawful activity, reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt app or device communications, bypass safety controls, or infringe our or another party’s intellectual-property or legal rights.
5. Intellectual Property and Open Source
Rights in the app interface, brand, and proprietary content belong to us or their respective owners. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
6. Changes and Interruptions
We may change or suspend features for security, compatibility, firmware, operating-system updates, maintenance, or force majeure and will reasonably seek to minimize disruption.
7. Liability
We provide the service in accordance with applicable law and take reasonable measures to support normal operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible beyond legally required limits for loss caused by failure to follow product instructions, unauthorized modification, misuse, third-party system restrictions, wireless interference, or force majeure. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Stopping Use
You may stop using the app, revoke permissions, or uninstall it at any time. The current version has no account system, so no account-deletion process is required.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent people’s court.
