BENYI（以下简称“我们”）重视您的隐私。本政策说明 PDT（七色光）APP 在连接和控制兼容蓝牙光照设备时如何处理信息。
一、我们处理的信息
- 附近蓝牙设备信息：设备名称、设备标识、信号强度、蓝牙服务及连接状态，用于发现并连接您选择的设备。
- 设备控制和状态信息：灯光颜色、输出档位、运行时长、启停状态及设备返回的当前状态，用于执行控制和展示运行情况。
- 本地偏好：已连接设备的名称与标识、语言选择，用于自动重连和保留语言设置。
- 必要的应用运行信息：操作系统在提供蓝牙权限和连接能力时处理的基础设备与权限状态。
当前版本不提供用户注册或登录，不收集姓名、头像、通讯录、相册、相机、支付信息或广告标识符，也不进行跨应用或跨网站跟踪。
二、处理目的
我们仅在实现蓝牙设备扫描、连接、状态同步、光照参数设置、工作倒计时和连接保活所必需的范围内处理上述信息。
三、系统权限
- 蓝牙：扫描、连接兼容设备，并与设备交换控制和状态数据。
- 后台蓝牙：在切换页面或应用进入后台时，按系统允许的方式维持必要连接。
- 位置（仅部分旧版 Android）：Android 11 及以下系统可能将蓝牙扫描与位置权限关联。本应用不会获取、保存或上传您的实际地理位置。
- 通知（Android）：用于显示设备连接保活通知。拒绝后可能影响后台连接提示，但不影响与此无关的功能。
您可以随时在手机系统设置中管理权限。拒绝蓝牙权限将导致设备扫描和控制功能无法使用。
四、存储与传输
当前版本没有账号系统。蓝牙设备信息与控制数据在您的手机和所连接的设备之间本地处理，不会由本应用上传至云端。设备名称、设备标识和语言选择保存在手机的应用本地存储中，用于自动重连和保留偏好；运行状态主要在内存中使用。
您主动检查更新时，本应用通过 HTTPS 请求更新配置，iOS 更新入口会打开 App Store。请求不附带蓝牙设备标识、设备状态或用户账号；提供网络服务所需的 IP 地址等连接信息仅在实时提供请求服务所需期间处理，不用于日志留存、统计分析、广告或关联用户。打开隐私政策、用户支持等网页后，相应网站按照自身服务配置处理访问请求。
五、共享、出售与第三方服务
我们不会出售个人信息，不会将信息用于广告，也不会向第三方共享用于营销或画像。APP 使用 Flutter、蓝牙连接和系统权限相关的开源组件来实现本地功能；当前版本未接入广告、统计或崩溃分析 SDK。
六、信息安全与保存期限
我们按照最小必要原则处理信息，并使用系统提供的应用权限和蓝牙安全机制。临时连接信息仅在实现当前连接所需期间处理；已保存的设备和语言偏好保留至您清除应用数据或卸载应用。您可以通过断开设备、关闭权限或卸载 APP 停止后续处理。
七、您的选择与权利
您可以拒绝或撤回权限、断开蓝牙设备、停止使用或卸载 APP。如需了解、更正或删除可能涉及您的信息，请通过本政策末尾方式联系我们。
八、未成年人
未达到所在地法律规定独立同意年龄的用户，应在监护人阅读并同意本政策后使用本应用及配套设备。
九、政策更新
功能或信息处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本政策，并通过 APP、网站或其他合理方式提示重大变化。
十、联系我们
BENYI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the PDT (Seven-Color Light) app processes information when connecting to and controlling compatible Bluetooth light devices.
1. Information We Process
- Nearby Bluetooth device information: device name, device identifier, signal strength, Bluetooth services, and connection status, used to discover and connect to the device you select.
- Device controls and status: light color, output level, run time, start/stop status, and current status reported by the device.
- Local preferences: connected device name and identifier and language selection, used to reconnect and remember language settings.
- Necessary app operation information: basic device and permission status processed by the operating system when providing Bluetooth access.
The current version has no account or sign-in feature. It does not collect names, profile photos, contacts, photos, camera data, payment information, or advertising identifiers, and it does not track users across apps or websites.
2. Purposes
We process information only as needed to scan for and connect to Bluetooth devices, synchronize status, configure light settings, run the session timer, and maintain the connection.
3. Device Permissions
- Bluetooth: scans for and connects to compatible devices and exchanges control and status data.
- Background Bluetooth: maintains necessary connectivity when navigating away or when the app enters the background, as allowed by the operating system.
- Location (certain older Android versions only): Android 11 and earlier may associate Bluetooth scanning with location permission. The app does not obtain, retain, or upload your actual location.
- Notifications (Android): displays the connection-maintenance notification. Denial may affect background connection notices but not unrelated functions.
4. Storage and Transmission
The current version has no account system. Device information and controls are processed locally between your phone and the connected Bluetooth device and are not uploaded by us. Temporary connection state is used in app memory while needed. Device names, identifiers, and language preferences are saved in local app storage for reconnection and language settings.
When you choose to check for updates, the app requests update configuration over HTTPS. The iOS update link opens the App Store. Requests do not include Bluetooth identifiers, device state, or user accounts; connection information such as the IP address is processed only as needed to serve the request in real time and is not retained in access logs or used for analytics, advertising, or linking users. Websites opened for privacy and support information process requests according to their service configurations.
5. Sharing, Sale, and Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it for marketing or profiling. The app uses open-source components related to Flutter, Bluetooth connectivity, and system permissions to provide local functionality. The current version contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK.
6. Security and Retention
We apply data minimization and rely on operating-system permission and Bluetooth security controls. Temporary connection information is processed only as needed for the current connection. Saved device and language preferences remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. You may stop further processing by disconnecting the device, revoking permissions, or uninstalling the app.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may deny or revoke permissions, disconnect the Bluetooth device, stop using the app, or uninstall it. Contact us below with any access, correction, or deletion request concerning information that may relate to you.
8. Children
Users below the age of independent consent under applicable law should use the app and connected device only after a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to this policy.
9. Changes
We will update this policy if app functionality or information practices change and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app or website.
