Support

Frequently Asked Questions
I cannot find the device
Confirm that the device is powered on and close to your phone, Bluetooth is enabled, and the app has Bluetooth permission. Android 11 and earlier may also require location permission to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
The device will not connect or shows a protocol mismatch
Confirm that another phone is not connected, then scan again. Only Seven-Color Light devices compatible with the app’s communication protocol are supported.
Does the connection remain after leaving the control page?
The app attempts to maintain Bluetooth connectivity while the system allows it and the device remains connected. Android may display a connection-maintenance notification; iOS manages connectivity under its background Bluetooth rules.
A color or setting did not take effect
Check the device’s actual state and try refreshing or reconnecting. Distance, wireless interference, low battery, or a busy device may affect command delivery.
How do I stop use and remove permissions?
Disconnect the device in the app and revoke Bluetooth, location, or notification permissions in system settings. Uninstalling the app stops further use.
